As a Health Coach, I specialize in helping individuals reach their health and wellness and weight loss goals through natural means with a focus on the reasons BEHIND chronic health issues, pain, and the inability to lose weight, including infertility and hormone imbalances. Women are ESPECIALLY susceptible to all of these chronic conditions and the solutions don’t have to be complicated like our culture and media marketing has led us to believe! Because of my training in Applied Kinesiology I have some unique tools to help clients succeed even if they have run into health and weight loss barriers in the past. My goal at Core Body is to provide you with the health and wellness information and services to empower you to achieve your health and wellness goals and get back in the driver's seat of your body, mind, and spirit...
