8 Weeks from Wellness to Weight Loss - Accountability Membership

This is the 8 Weeks From Wellness to Weight Loss - Accountability program membership. It is a step up from our Basic program membership. Why is it “From Wellness to Weight Loss”? Because it's not an either/or situation, but rather a continuum. One Journey. Because when our body’s are not in a healthy state it can be difficult if not impossible to lose weight. We all want to look and feel great but the truth is we must first prioritize our health in order to optimize our body’s ability to get rid of excess weight. If our detox pathways are not open, how can our body remove the waste in the first place?? This program is designed to not only support weight loss but to ALSO prioritize overall health so as to aid in that weight loss and then help KEEP it off. This is a program about WHOLE BODY and WHOLE LIFE health. Accountability Members get 1) The full 8 week educational program including written information and video lessons. 2) Added to the private Facebook group with all the group members from all levels of membership in the program. 3) Recipes sent to your inbox so you don't have to do all the thinking when it comes to clean eating 4) Added to a private Accountability group on the website where we will share more in depth information and group members can share, empower, and encourage one another 5) One weekly scheduled zoom meeting to get together and discuss how the program is going and to connect with other group members. If you can't make it to the zoom meeting, don't worry, it will be recorded and you can access it at a later date. 6) One weekly email check in to let me know how the program is going, if you've hit any roadblocks, and to get individualized instruction and encouragement from me. 7) 20% off any of my other services during the program's duration (This includes in-person individualized Health Coaching sessions, Pulsed Magnetic Field (PEMF) Sessions, Brain Integration, Allergy Remediation, Muscle ReActivation, and Applied Kinesiology services).
